Sometimes all you need is to give yourself permission to not be okay. There are moments in our lives when facing issues alone is not enough and it becomes difficult to navigate life's circumstances. That's where I step in.

Individual Therapy

Christine provides individual therapy to adults who are seeking to improve a situation or problem they are facing in their lives. Sometimes adults face traumatic experiences such as job loss, grief, death of a loved one and divorce. I  use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model to address moods and emotions, maladaptive behaviors, and cognitive processes. CBT works best with issues surrounding anxiety, mood, psychotic, eating, personality and substance abuse disorders. In addition, I use trauma-informed approaches to all models and assessment.

I believe the therapist-client relationship is an important tool for reaching outcomes. I believe that transparency, warmth, reciprocal sharing, honesty and organic relatability is a vital part of creating a safe space for healing and growth.

We want to ensure that therapy is accessible. Therefore, in addition to our full rate private pay options, we offer reduced rate sessions. For more information, please contact us!

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
